Echoes of Unity is more than just an art project—it’s a platform for resilience, creativity, and cultural exchange. Born from the need to support displaced Ukrainian artists, this initiative helps them rebuild their artistic careers, integrate into the European art scene, and share their stories with the world.
At its core, Echoes of Unity is about empowering artists and amplifying voices that might otherwise go unheard. Through a combination of physical exhibitions, digital innovation, and professional training, we create a space where Ukrainian artists can showcase their heritage, explore new creative avenues, and connect with local and international audiences.
This project has been co-funded by the European Union under Creative Europe programme.
What do we do?
- Art Exhibitions – We curate exhibitions in Poland, Portugal, and Italy, featuring powerful works that reflect the personal journeys, emotions, and cultural heritage of Ukrainian artists. These exhibitions serve as a bridge between displaced creators and the wider European art community.
- Workshops & Training – Talent alone isn’t always enough to sustain an artistic career. That’s why we offer training in entrepreneurship, event management, and digitalization, equipping artists with the tools to navigate the professional art world, connect with collectors, and market their work effectively.
- Virtual Exhibition – Coming soon, our interactive digital gallery will make the project accessible worldwide.
Cross-Cultural Collaborations – We believe that art is a universal language.
Why is this important?
Since the outbreak of war, thousands of Ukrainian artists have been forced to leave their homes, struggling to continue their creative work in unfamiliar environments. Echoes of Unity provides a structured framework for their professional and artistic growth, ensuring that displacement does not mean the end of their artistic identity.
Through funding from Creative Europe and the collaboration of cultural organizations across Poland, Italy, Greece, and Portugal, we are building a sustainable support system where artists can thrive, create, and inspire.
